Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated 14 September 2026
This policy explains how cancelling a Ginti plan works and when a payment is refunded. It is part of the Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Every new business gets a free 30-day trial of the Pro plan, with no payment details needed. Nothing is charged when the trial ends. The business becomes read-only until a plan is bought; every record stays available to view and export.
2. Cancelling a monthly plan
The business Owner can turn off autopay at any time from the Plan page. No further payments are taken, and the plan stays active until the end of the month already paid for. After that the business becomes read-only, with every record still available to view and export.
3. Yearly plans
A yearly plan is a one-time payment covering twelve months. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: it ends when the twelve months are over, and you can buy another plan then.
4. Refunds
Plan payments are not refunded, monthly or yearly, including for time left in a period you cancel or don’t use. The free trial is there so you can decide before paying. Nothing in this policy limits a refund the law requires.
5. Charges made in error
We refund these in full:
- a second charge for a period you have already paid for;
- a charge taken after autopay was cancelled;
- money debited for a payment that failed and did not activate your plan. Banks and UPI apps usually reverse these on their own within a few working days; if yours hasn’t, contact us.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email meet304.work@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with your business name, the date and amount of the charge, and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it (it is in Razorpay’s payment email). We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
